Client understands and agrees to the following:

• A fee will be assessed if transportation is not cancelled at least 24 hours prior
to time of service for cars and at least 48 hours prior to time of service for
limos and buses.

• Early morning and late night fees may apply.

• A $6 toll will be added to all Airport Transfers.

• Client is responsible for the repair and replacement of any and all damage to
the service vehicle that client or any member of client party or group creates.

• There is a clean up fee for regurgitating, excessive debris, or spillage, etc. of
$100 minimum, not to exceed $175.

• Driver has the authority to terminate the service due to excessive unruliness,
foul language, threats, and out-of-control inebriation, with the Client being
responsible for payment of the entire agreed-upon fee.

• Company reserves the right to substitute vehicles if necessary to complete
the service for Client.
